Then on Sunday someone had the brilliant idea to take on the epic challange of shopping at costco during the weekend. Needless to say this was our most challenging adventure yet.
All photos were lost during this trip. The crazy shopping cart lady stole my photos.
Later we headed to a local golf course and hit some balls around.

Juice and finely shredded peel of 1 lemon
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 cups hot, cooked linguini
Chopped fresh parsley
Method
In a bowl combine lemon juice and peel, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and half of the olive oil; add chicken breasts. Cover and marinate in refrigerator about an hour. Remove chicken; discard marinade. Heat remaining oil in large skillet and cook chicken breasts about 5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove and set aside. To the same pan add cream. Heat and whisk to scrape up browned bits in bottom of skillet; let simmer about 5 min. Cut chicken into thin slices; return to pan. Add cooked linguini; toss to mix. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with parsley to garnish.
Notes: You may adjust the seasoning to your taste.
