If you fill out the contact form, I get your name, email, and message. That's it. I use this only to reply to you.

The site uses self-hosted Umami analytics. Umami tracks aggregate page views and referrers but does not set cookies, does not collect IP addresses, and does not build a profile of you. No fingerprinting, no ad networks.

No newsletter list. No marketing emails. No retargeting pixels. No third-party analytics. No sold data.

Contact form emails are sent through Resend. Booking and payments go through Paperbell, which handles payment data directly. I never see your card. This site is hosted on Vercel.

Anything you share with me in a coaching session stays between us. I don’t record sessions, share session content, or use it anywhere without your explicit permission.
